All photographs, captions, written content, and site design published by Torvex remain the intellectual property of Torvex or its contributing photographers, unless a separate licence has been granted. The Editorial Image Licensing service permits specific, limited use as described on the Services page; it does not transfer ownership of any image.

If you subscribe to or license our services, you agree to provide accurate contact information, use licensed material only within the terms granted, and credit photographers as required. Misuse of licensed material outside its stated terms may result in termination of the licence.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
